1. Reservations information

1.1.He sent my reservation form and with data from credit card, what happens now?

Once you submit your reservation form and information from your credit card, your request for accommodation will be processed as soon as possible. However, there may be some delays depending on the destination (between 1 and 3 days). If the hotel you choose is available on the dates requested, your reservation is completed and will be charging your credit card. 1.2. How do I change or cancel my reservation?
